Shipping and Processing
At Bestgraf we have a fulfilling time of up to 24 hours (business days) and between 2 to 7 days of shipping time – depending on your location. We are partnered up with UPS and DHL, which allows you to track your shipment fairly easily. You can use the link above, or use a Tracking App (we personally like 17track or Aftership, but there are many, both for iOS and Android).

All our pieces are carefully packed so they reach you in mint condition.
Exchanges
If you have to exchange your sneakers, please don’t worry because it’s very easy and simple.
We want our consumers to feel much better after they are using their Bestgraf sneakers, so if for some reason that doesn’t happen and you wish to exchange them, you just need to send us an email to bestgraf.etiquetas@gmail.com and we’ll help you along the way.
We’re so sorry, but we do not assume liability for loss or damage occurred during the shipment of your Bestgraf sneakers.
After evaluating its condition, we will proceed to the exchange of your product.
